The international scientific and educational conference "Complex Hip and Knee Arthroplasty in 2026: Solved Issues, Challenges, Perspectives, and Lessons Learned" will take place on 30–31 October 2026 in Astana, Kazakhstan, and is devoted to current questions in hip and knee arthroplasty.

Aim of the conference
To exchange international experience and discuss current approaches to:
- complex primary and revision arthroplasty;
- surgical strategy in the presence of bone defects;
- the use of modern technologies;
- the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of periprosthetic joint infection.
Format
The programme includes lectures by leading international experts, clinical discussions, complex case reviews, hands-on masterclasses and demonstration procedures in a Live Surgery format.
Honorary guest speaker
Professor Javad Parvizi, a globally recognised expert in hip and knee arthroplasty and periprosthetic joint infection.
